PARSEC PREVIEWS TRAKSYS IQ, BRINGING A VISION OF GENERATIVE AI TO MANUFACTURING

New functionality enhances Parsec's flagship MES by introducing AI-enabled insights and conversational interaction, previewing the future of smart manufacturing.

ANAHEIM, Calif. — March 31, 2025 — Parsec Automation (Parsec), developer of the MES TrakSYS™, today announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft that previews new AI-powered capabilities for manufacturing organizations. The integration with Microsoft's Azure AI Foundry solution lays the foundation for Parsec's AI-enabled offering, TrakSYS IQ, which will empower users to retrieve and analyze factory data through a conversational interface.

This early look at TrakSYS IQ provides a glimpse into the near AI future for manufacturing—where human-machine collaboration drives productivity and accelerates decision-making.

"TrakSYS IQ will bring manufacturing leaders closer to the data that drives their organizations," said Bill Rokos, CTO at Parsec. "Customers will be able to interact with TrakSYS using natural language and receive contextualized insights. While this functionality is still evolving, it reflects our ongoing commitment to simplifying complex manufacturing operations and unlocking the full potential of data through AI."

The vision behind TrakSYS IQ is to streamline data access and reporting, reducing friction in how users interact with production intelligence. The integration of TrakSYS data with Microsoft's platform demonstrates the potential of emerging AI technologies to support more intuitive and efficient factory operations.

Beyond text-based responses, TrakSYS IQ will also enable the generation of dynamic visuals, including charts and graphs, to support richer analysis. TrakSYS IQ is anticipated to be available in late 2025.

"The TrakSYS IQ integration will make a big difference in the day-to-day lives of manufacturers," said Dayan Rodriguez, CVP, Manufacturing and Mobility, Microsoft. "Together with Parsec, we are working to help customers transform their businesses, and we're delivering impactful, human-centered solutions to the market every day."

Parsec will conduct demo sessions at Microsoft's booth (Hall 17, Stand G06) from March 31 to April 4 at Hannover Messe to give attendees a first look at TrakSYS IQ. To explore what's possible with TrakSYS IQ and the future of AI in manufacturing, visit Parsec's website.
