Sciaky's VX-110 Electron Beam Advanced Manufacturing (EBAM) System is one of the most versatile AM systems on the market. Sciaky's EBAM technology provides the only large-scale, fully-programmable means of achieving near-net shape parts made of Titanium, Tantalum, Inconel and other high-value metals. Starting with a 3D model from a CAD program, Sciaky's moving electron beam gun deposits metal (via wire feedstock), layer by layer, until the part is built and ready for minor finish machining.
