Bosch Rexroth To Highlight Advanced Resistance Welding Control and Analytics Portfolio at FABTECH 2022
Booth exhibits and technology simulations showcase industry leading PRC7000 family of welding controls and Weld Spot Analytics software
Bosch Rexroth will exhibit its advanced adaptive resistance welding controller system FABTECH 2022, November 8-12, at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA.
Bosch Rexroth will present the latest details on its PRC7000 family of adaptive resistance welding controls, along with updates on the company's ctrlX AUTOMATION platform, in booth C13272. The booth will also have exhibits and more information on the company's Weld Spot Analytics solution.
The booth will include exhibits and simulations of Rexroth's PRC7000 adaptive resistance welding control system. It is a highly efficient control system that offers intuitive operation, state-of-the-art hardware and adaptive control for ultrafast commissioning and proven energy-savings.
The PRC7000 system features a dual-processor architecture for process control and communications, enabling high data transfer rates without affecting the welding process control. This enables automotive manufacturers and others using high-throughput automated welding systems to benefit from the highest-quality weld control and faster, more user-friendly commissioning.
Visitors to the booth can also get complete details on the Weld Spot Analytics software. Weld Spot Analytics is an innovative, cloud-based Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) solution for the automotive welding industry. It helps welding and quality engineers take faster, more accurate decisions about their process quality while avoiding inefficiencies. Weld Spot Analytics features:
• Machine learning-based analytics (for example, Nugget Size Prediction)
• Centralized data collection and dashboarding of all welding data
• Faster reaction time, thanks to its Smart Notification Engine
• A modern user interface with role-based authorization mechanism
There will be a new Weld Spot Analytics demo presentation in the booth to guide visitors through all the major features of the software, navigating directly from page to page using a cloud-based demo environment.
Visitors to the Bosch Rexroth booth will have the opportunity to consult one-on-one with Rexroth technology experts with deep backgrounds in welding automation and control systems. They will be able to provide practical recommendations and new ideas about how the company's technology can help manufacturers solve persistent quality, throughput and productivity issues in their weld, metal forming and fabricating operations.
