The survey, conducted in early 2025, gathered insights from MRPeasy customers across a variety of industries.

MRPeasy, a leading provider of cloud-based manufacturing ERP software for small and medium-sized manufacturers worldwide, has released the results of its latest customer survey. The results showcase remarkable improvements in various aspects of its users' operations.

The survey, conducted in early 2025, gathered insights from MRPeasy customers across a variety of industries. The findings reveal:

●84.5% of users would recommend MRPeasy to colleagues or industry peers
●67% average improvement in inventory tracking accuracy
●54% average increase in operational efficiency
●39% average boost in on-time delivery rates
●46% average improvement in cost control

Strong customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction emerged as a standout theme, with 84.5% of respondents rating their likelihood to recommend MRPeasy at 7 or higher on a 10-point scale. Notably, 47% of respondents gave a score of 9 or 10, highlighting strong customer endorsement.

Tor-Erik Naebb, Head of Assembly and Integration at marine drone manufacturer Maritime Robotics, noted: "It's not easy to come by an MRP system that's actually user-friendly. A happy customer is the best salesman — and we've already recommended MRPeasy to several other companies."

Improved on-time deliveries
MRPeasy customers reported an average 39% improvement in on-time delivery rates, underscoring the product's ability to improve production scheduling, materials planning, and delivery reliability.

Kent Holdeman, President of Covenant Millwork, stated: "When I put in a customer order, I can confidently give the customer a date when the order will be ready while instantly knowing what materials I need to fulfill the order."

Increased operational efficiency
Operational efficiency saw a substantial 54% average improvement, with 14.5% of respondents reporting efficiency gains exceeding 100%.

Karen Addenbrook, Sales Manager at Tait Farm Foods, shared: "With MRPeasy, we moved from modest inventory management to a full-scale understanding of our manufacturing process. We know what our capabilities are at any given moment; everything is just a click away, and that gives us the opportunity to take better advantage of our capacity. It has been terrific for our business."

Greater inventory accuracy and cost control
Inventory management was another area of significant improvement, with customers reporting an average 67% increase in inventory tracking accuracy.

Colin Hart, Managing Director at Poweronics, emphasized the real-world benefits: "We've never had a shortage after adopting MRPeasy. All the components that the software says are in the warehouse - are in the warehouse. It seems obvious and straightforward, but with inventory discrepancies, production can be delayed very quickly."

In addition, customers also saw a 46% improvement in cost control, enabling better financial oversight and resource allocation.

Tyler Hoosier, General Leader at Value Added Packaging, explained: "We can see which of our products are not selling as well or are not as profitable as we'd want them to be. We can now look at the data and see if we can cut costs, adjust selling prices, or manufacture something more efficiently to make the outcomes better."

Easy implementation and broad applicability
Beyond performance improvements, clients have also praised MRPeasy for its intuitive interface and ease of implementation.

Brandon Ames, CEO of AniCell Biotech, described their implementation process: "We basically went live immediately and figured it out as we went along. The initial setup was done over a weekend and after that, it took around two weeks to import and enter all the necessary data."

Julie Gray, Co-Owner at power tool company Grays Clip, described the platform as follows: "MRPeasy is just easy to wrap your head around. It's a nice, simple, and clearly laid out system."

The software's versatility also stood out, with users from industries ranging from food and chemical processing to biotechnology and electronics manufacturing reporting successful adoption.

Jonathan Martin, COO and President at oil well equipment manufacturer Black Mamba Rod Lift, stated: "The MRPeasy team has managed to build a working system that's easy to use while allowing us to tune it to exactly what we need. I think MRPeasy is perfectly adapted to the niche of small and medium manufacturers."

Brandon Ames from AniCell Biotech, added: "MRPeasy is the perfect solution for 95% of small manufacturers."

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
