Waltham, Mass. USA, October 15, 2024 -- Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM) ("Nano Dimension", "Nano", or the "Company"), a leading supplier of Additively Manufactured Electronics ("AME") and multi-dimensional polymer and ceramic Additive Manufacturing ("AM") 3D printing solutions, will use Formnext (Frankfurt, Germany, 19th -22nd November) to introduce new technology developments spanning software and materials as part of its ever-expanding AM and Micro-AM portfolio.

Launching at the event and set for live demonstration on Nano Dimension's stand (Hall 11, Stand D22) will be an advanced new software for the Fabrica micro 3D printers, which provide unparalleled micron level precision to capture the most intricate structural details for the production of high-precision micro-parts.

The new Fabrica software version 3.2.0 enables much faster print times of up to 70% across R&D and prototyping applications, thanks to the integration of productivity-enhancing parameters that also improve and simplify overall workflow. Existing users will be able to access the updated software via a free upgrade.

New resin for DLP 3D printers offers ground-breaking thermo-mechanical & dielectric properties
Also set to debut at Formnext will be Nano Dimension's innovative new resin, AtaruTM, engineered specifically for Digital Light Processing (DLP) 3D printers. With its advanced formulation, the resin is designed to endure high temperatures and offers exceptional durability and resilience, while its distinctive low-loss dielectric properties ensure superior performance in radiofrequency applications. Collectively, this makes Ataru the enabler to unlocking new opportunities in industrial-level additive manufacturing, particularly in high-performance material applications such as those demanded by the electronics, aerospace, and automotive sectors.

For Formnext visitors seeking to leverage 3D printing technology's attributes for industrial high-volume ceramic applications, Nano Dimension's versatile Admatec series will also be represented at the show. Engineered for both production-level serial manufacturing, the Admatec series boasts the capability to 3D print advanced complex technical ceramics making it perfectly suited to address demanding projects, including mass-production of silica shells and cores for high precision casting. At Formnext, the company will demonstrate Admatec's capability within industrial manufacturing applications, such as the production of components for semiconductor equipment or process manufacturing, as well as its continued move towards end-to-end solutions for post-processing, such as de-binding and sintering furnaces.

Nano Dimension's stand will also demonstrate the wide applications gamut addressable with the company's extensive technology arsenal via interesting customer examples. These include medical device, microfluidics and bio/ medical research applications via its Fabrica series; as well as those spanning injection molding, tooling, radiofrequency & antenna and environmentally demanding applications achievable with the new Ataru resin.
