Quintos brings a wealth of expertise in sales and commercial leadership, having developed and led high-performing teams, achieved year-over-year growth, and consistently delivered superior customer service to multi-million-dollar clients. Rom's approach to leadership focuses on building successful teams and delivering profitable growth while aligning customer needs with innovative solutions.
Rom's career began after graduating from the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point. His military background instilled in him a deep commitment to leadership and mission execution, qualities he carried into his civilian career. After his military service, Rom took on various management roles, including Project Engineering, Corporate Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, and Sales and Commercial Management.
Over the past two decades, Rom has held senior sales roles, including National Account Manager, Corporate Account Manager, and Sr. Director of Program Management. His experience spans several industries, including aerospace, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), industrial, medical, electrical, and agricultural markets.
Now based in St. Louis, Missouri, Rom is looking forward to contributing to CRP USA's growth. He will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and working closely with the engineering teams to integrate CRP USA's state-of-the-art 3D printing solutions, including CRP Technology's Windform composite materials, into new markets.
