The Rösler Group is adding its 80 years of experience as one of the global leaders in surface finishing to the ColdMetalFusion Alliance. Under the AM Solutions – 3D post processing technology brand, Rösler plans to contribute its know-how from all types of industries to the alliance and aims to develop joint standards for processing printed parts. With global operations in 16 countries, the company will be able to assist customers around the world. Further partners will join ColdMetalFusion later this year.

With its decades of experience in the post processing and finishing of surfaces, as well as its broad know-how in additive manufacturing, Rösler's AM Solutions plans to make 3D post processing more reliable and robust. AM Solutions - 3D post processing technology joins ColdMetalFusion together with partners from sintering, industrial manufacturing, and 3D printing.

The company is starting to develop its offering with ColdMetalFusion partners to achieve optimal removal of powder and cleaning of 3D printed green parts. In addition, core competencies also include the removal of support structures, as well as surface homogenization, smoothing, or polishing. By taking advantage of these rich technical capabilities, AM Solutions can support its customers throughout the product development lifecycle from conceptual design to production.

AM Solutions - 3D post processing technology will inform customers about its plans for equipment, process technologies, and consumables tailored for automated 3D post processing in hall 12.0, booth C81, while customers can experience ColdMetalFusion in hall 11.1, booth D48.
