Integration Objects is world-leading industry 4.0 solutions provider for command & control centers, operational intelligence, industrial internet of things IIoT, cyber security, predictive and prescriptive analytics for enterprises, process, power and utilities industries, defense and governmental institutions.

Integration Objects announced the release of its OPC UA Client Toolkit.

Integration Objects OPC UA .NET Client toolkit is a collection of libraries, classes and interfaces that allows simple and fast programming of OPC UA Client applications using .NET framework, by providing functions for read and write of OPC items, browsing the OPC UA Server address space, etc. It is a powerful and highly optimized API that handles all OPC UA details necessary to communicate with OPC UA servers.

The OPC UA Client Toolkit includes the following features:
• Discovery of OPC UA servers available on the network
OPC UA Discovery allows OPC UA Client to identify available OPC UA servers, and determine how to make connections with them.
• Managing local and remote connections to multiple OPC UA Servers
OPC UA Client toolkit manages multiple OPC UA server connections. It also offers a secure connectivity to local and remote servers.
• Offering multiple OPC UA functionalities
OPC UA Client toolkit enables creating a secure session with OPC UA Server, browsing and managing the OPC UA server address space, monitoring real-time data and alarms and conditions, and exploring history data.
• Royalty free runtime distribution
OPC UA Client Toolkit is licensed per development machine. You can distribute the runtime version of your OPC UA client applications for free, which allows your users to use your software without purchasing their own license.
• Support of UA TCP, HTTP and HTTPS transport protocols
• Support of Visual Studio 2013 and higher
• Support of 32 bit and 64 bit applications

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
