Leuze electronic will be presenting their wide range of Material Handling specific solutions with a focus on continuous conveyor applications. Our solutions include the Series 46C for object detection, CML 700i for measuring, AMS 300i, BCL 300i and DDLS 500 for positioning, as well as our MLC light curtains and Pizzato safety products.
The innovative MLC 530 SPG-type light curtains use a control signal provided by the PLC and the interruption of the protective field itself for bridging to the material transport. The SPG method meets the material transport requirements without the need for additional sensors. Therefore, systems can be designed to be more compact and the risk of misalignment or damage to the sensors is eliminated as is the costs for their maintenance and servicing.
The Sensor People are excited to share smarter application know how as well as smarter product usability at Modex 2018 April 9-12 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.
