Eyelits record quarter was fueled by a 60% increase in software license revenue

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eyelit Inc., a manufacturing software provider for visibility, control, and coordination of manufacturing operations for the aerospace & defense, discrete electronics, life sciences, medical device, semiconductor, and photovoltaic (solar) industries, announced today record growth in revenue for the third quarter of 2015, with a substantial increase particularly in its software license revenue.

In the third quarter of 2015, revenues from software licenses grew by over 60%, and customer support revenue was 40% higher in comparison to the third quarter of 2014. Key business areas that contributed to the increase in revenue were the sales of software licenses to Eyelits new customers in the aerospace and defense industry, and the rollout of Eyelit MES to multiple sites by its enterprise customers. This marks the fifth straight quarter of revenue growth, and follows the record-setting results in the second quarter of 2015. Overall, profit rose by more than 50% for the quarter.
