Robotmaster at Automate 2015

Jabez Technologies will be exhibiting at Automate 2015 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL from March 23rd - 26th! Come and meet with us at Booth #270 to hear more about our robot programming technologies!

Discover the industry's leading work-flow driven software that has enabled the economic implementation of robots to companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large international manufacturers. If you're attending Automate 2015, we invite you to stop by our booth and experience Robotmaster Version 6.2 which is now available and at least 3 and up to 10 times faster than the previous version.

Robotmaster allows manufacturing companies the ability to use robots for high-mix low-batch part production. In addition, Robotmaster easily and cost effectively programs robots for many typical manufacturing processes. One of its greatest strengths is that it minimizes downtime and prevents costly errors and collisions.
Come and meet our international team of Robotmaster partners from North America.

About Robotmaster
Robotmaster seamlessly integrates CAD/CAM based robot programming, simulation and program generation. Common robot programming challenges typically require intricate user intervention or costly manual editing for producing error-free programs. Robotmaster provides innovative tools to effortlessly optimize robot programs producing error-free robot paths, avoiding singularity zones and collisions, working around joint and reach limitations, and optimizing tool orientations along the entire trajectory. Furthermore, Robotmaster is ideally suited to program robots for such tasks as trimming, 3D machining, de-burring, polishing, welding, dispensing, grinding and painting, while supporting most industrial robot models.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
