Innovating Manufacturing and Supply Chains with Agentic AI
Just as companies like GM and Amazon have leveraged AI in their factories and warehouses, respectively, to enhance production and streamline operations, businesses can now apply advanced AI agents for even greater efficiencies and profits.
Raising the Bar for Additive Manufacturing with Expert Service & Delivery - Beyond the Status Quo
Utilising industrial 3D printing for any manufacturing discipline, whether for rapid prototyping, tooling, or, increasingly, production on demand, does not come without its own set of challenges, but deploying AM can also bring great advantages.
Unlocking Customer Experience: The Critical Role of Your Supply Chain
Cost implications play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for end-users. By optimizing expenses, businesses can allocate resources to enhance product quality and service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
How Automation-as-a-Service Combined with AI & AR/VR Is Benefitting Manufacturers
By integrating AR/VR (augmented reality and virtual reality), robotics, machine learning, and AI (artificial intelligence), AaaS solutions automate repetitive tasks, optimize processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
How Technology Can Create Stronger Relationships Between Manufacturers and Customers
Customer service relationships apply to the supply chain in many ways. A manufacturer is in the middle of the chain and develops the products or services that then go on to the distributor, retailer and consumers.

FLIR Si1-LD - Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera for Compressed Air Leak Detection
The FLIR Si1-LD is an easy-to-use acoustic imaging camera for locating and quantifying pressurized leaks in compressed air systems. This lightweight, one-handed camera is designed to help maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering professionals identify air leaks faster than with traditional methods. Built with a carefully constructed array of MEMS microphones for high sensitivity, the Si1-LD produces a precise acoustic image that visually displays ultrasonic information, even in loud, industrial environments. The acoustic image is overlaid in real time on a digital image, allowing you to accurately pinpoint the source of the sound, with onboard analytics which quantify the losses being incurred. The Si1-LD features a plugin that enables you to import acoustic images to FLIR Thermal Studio suite for offline editing, analysis, and advanced report creation. Field analysis and reporting can also be done using the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service. Transferring of images can be managed via memory stick or USB data cable. Through a regular maintenance routine, the FLIR Si1-LD can help facilities reduce their environmental impact and save money on utility bills.
